What's your favourite moment from being a student here?
Probably the moment when it was revealed that BL had won the Merger Cup in 2019, my first experience of Merger. The tension in the room just before the results and then the feeling from everyone when the results were announced was just indescribable. It was this moment that really resonates with me and was my first incredible experience of the BL community.
What's something you've done that you're proud of?
Being part of the team that has brought back and organised the UH Water Polo Cup for the first time in 30 years has got to rank up there as one of the things that I am proud of. Also coaching national and international swimmers to success at a high level has been a real highlight.
What is a problem facing students and how do you propose to fix it?
The accessibility to sport in BL is already fantastic but a few things can be done to really make our sporting provision truly exceptional. By working with Allied Courses Reps, I hope to protect Wednesday afternoon for all students at BL to ensure everyone has equal access to sport. I feel that sport really should be for all and that is my primary aim, to ensure we all can participate, no matter what.

What's your favourite moment from being a student here?
Being the cox of the BLBC Men's First VIII in 18/19 when we managed to secure both the Allom Cup and UH Headship at Bumps was definitely a highlight of my time at BL
What's something you've done that you're proud of?
Working to organise the BLBC 175th Anniversary dinner is something that I'm hugely proud of. Seeing over 170 boat club alumni and current students gather to celebrate the club's history and look to its future was very special and I had such a huge sense of pride being there on the day.
What is a problem facing students and how do you propose to fix it?
Funding available to sports clubs is an issue that students face. I would work with clubs to help them maximise the funding they do receive and also highlight the additional funds provided by BL and QMSU that are available to clubs. In addition to this I would ensure that clubs receive in depth feedback from both the BLSF and the CSDF and also from their CSDPs to allow them to build on their applications each year
